Description
The TCR-class was developed in close collaboration with our customers. Compared to common technology the slim design offers many advantages for the user.
Technical data
• Dimensions: 144x64x70 (without vision beacon), 160x62x80 (with vision beacon)
• Housing: Vestamid (base), Macrolon/Vestamid/Aluminium (cover)
• Ingress protection: IP65 (with breathing membrane), IP67 / IP68 (without breathing membrane)
Specifics
•Very slim design, yet there is the possiblilty to mount 4 micro-, 2 slotted- or 2 proximity switches
• Shock proof and step proof cable entry, weatherproof cable gland
• The lower part of the base presents an aeration and deaeration membrane to avoid perspiration water due to temperature differences.
Explosion protection
Depending on the mounted micro-switch or sensor Je nach verbautem Mikroschalter oder Sensor ist der Einsatz in Gas-Ex-Zone 1 und 2 (Kategorie 2G und 3G), sowie in Staub-Ex-Zone 21 und 22 (Kategorie 2D und 3D) möglich. Für Staub-Ex-Zone 21 ist das Gehäuse in der Ausführung mit erhöhter Sicherheit (Ex e) erforderlich.
