The universal solution offering many advantages. The housing shape with height offset protects the connection of the limit switches against mechanical damage. All common limit switch types and designs can be used inside the TCR housing. The connections inside are extremely easily accessible and easy to assemble and maintain. LED status signals, optional 3D visual indication and the connection of up to two solenoid valves are additional advantages of this flexible solution. Despite the compact design, up to four microswitches or slotted sensors can be used. Customer-specific variants are easy to implement due to the flexibility of the design.

ALB-Box

The ALB-Box is the consequent further development of the COM-Box with all its advantages. The explosion-proof Ex e box is ideally adapted to the requirements in plant construction and offers numerous technical advantages. The housing design allows the implementation of two separate circuits, a cost-effective solution that was previously only possible with two separate housings. A wide range of sensors and the possible connection of solenoid valves guarantees the adaptation to the most diverse applications in many industrial segments.

Housing in standard design, symmetrically constructed with plenty of space for easy installation of a wide variety of limit switch types. All interfaces are covered with a wide range of mounting brackets. Technical advantages: spring-mounted connecting shaft to compensate for height tolerances, possible visual indication on the shaft and end position settings secured against unintentional adjustment. As an option, solenoid valves can be wired directly inside of the housing.

The advantages of the PB-Box catch the eye: compact dimensions, robust round shape, optional position indication dome that is visible from afar, tool-free cover removal. In addition to these external values the PB housing offers the possible implication of a wide range of double sensors and mechanical microswitches. It is a cost-effective and flexible solution for many areas of application.

The innovative design of the very robust aluminum COM box is impressive. With the convenient hinge solution of the lid, new dimensions in service and usability are achieved. Optimized seals guarantee permanent tightness. A newly designed breathing membrane prevents condensation from forming inside the box. The pressure-encapsulated D-Box made of V4A stainless steel is the ideal solution for the most difficult environmental conditions. The housing can be equipped with all common microswitches and sensors (NAMUR or 3-wire). The box is also available as a non-Ex version on request.

The requirement for redundancy is a frequently requested standard in safety-related systems. This repeatedly leads to spatial collisions with pneumatic actuators, since attachment via the standardized interface according to EN15714 (VDI / VDE 3845) only allows one attachment. For this requirement the DOPPLER has been designed, which duplicates the interface on the pneumatic actuators.
